Day 4 REST
REFLECT: Are you in a
hurry? Is your list running long, never
ending, repeated over and over through your mind in the night?
Rest.
Stop.
Cease.
Resist the urge to continue.
Be still and quiet before the Lord.
He has designed, created and ordained rest.
RESPOND: Look at your calendar and schedule yourself an appointed time to rest. No productivity, no striving; just a space for rest. Remember: Rest is about Trust (verse 11).
Sabbath is about surrender.
